To book an appointment, or ask us a question, please call the practice on 0115 981 0012. Our opening hours are displayed below. If you are calling when the practice is closed please leave a voice message including your name and telephone number and one of our team will contact you as soon as we reopen. Our experienced reception team are happy to help with any enquiries.

Our dental plan patients can make use of their emergency dental cover if experiencing a dental emergency whilst the practice is closed. Claim forms can be found here.

Scheduled Closures

The practice will be closed from 1pm on Friday 12th June and Tuesday 30th June for staff training. If you require urgent dental treatment whilst we are closed please contact the NHS 111 service.

Opening Hours

Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm


The practice is closed between 1:00pm and 2:00pm for lunch. Phone lines close 15 minutes before closing time. Occasionally the practice may close early for staff training or building maintenance. Please follow the instructions in our answerphone message if you require emergency dental treatment on these occasions.

  • Practice is wheelchair accessible with downstairs surgeries.
  • Disabled toilet available.
  • No on-site parking but Gordon Road short stay car park is available across the road.
  • Practice is on a bus route. Patients can catch a bus to West Bridgford Central Avenue stop. The practice is less than 5 minutes walk around the corner at Tudor Square. NCT buses 5,6,7,8 and 9 as well as Trent Barton Rushcliffe Mainline and Cotgrave serve the area.
  • Children's books, toys and colouring available in the waiting room.
  • Translators available via Language Line telephone interpretor.You must inform staff when booking if you require a translator.
