What Does The Treatment Involve?
The first step in your Invisalign® journey involves a free consultation* with our experienced dentist Beth Garcia Millions at TSa Dental Care in Nottingham to discuss what you wish to accomplish from the procedure (new patients require an initial dental examination at the practice before booking their free consultation). We will then use an iTero scanner to gain a three-dimensional image of your mouth; this representation helps us create customised aligners that accurately reflect your goals for treatment.
Sets of custom-made aligners are then tailored to fit perfectly with your teeth and help to gradually move them into their desired position. Beth will ensure that you stay on track throughout the process with appointments to check on your progress. Depending on the complexity of your case your treatment will last from 6 – 18 months.
*£69 refundable deposit required to secure appointment. If appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the deposit will be lost. £69 will be refunded on completion of consultation.

How Much Does Invisalign® Cost?
At TSa Dental Care in Nottingham, we strive to make sure you have the best care possible for a fair price. Our Invisalign® treatment costs £3,800.00 and includes the following:

- Set of Vivera retainers to maintain the position of your aligned teeth
- Teeth whitening to enhance your new smile

Invisalign® FAQs
Do I have to wear my aligners all the time?
It is recommended that aligners be worn for 20-22 hours per day to achieve the best results. You can remove your retainers to eat, drink, and to brush your teeth or for a special occasion like a wedding or a date. Aligners can also be removed to play sports or instruments.
Does Invisalign® hurt?
Any type of orthodontic treatment does involve some degree of discomfort or pain. This is due to the pressure necessary to move your teeth into their correct position. In comparison to orthodontic treatment such as traditional metal braces, Invisalign® is more comfortable. When wearing aligners for the first time you may experience mild discomfort such as soreness or pressure whilst your mouth gets used to each new aligner. This typically subsides after a few days of wearing each new aligner. Your dentist can provide tips on how to minimise the initial discomfort of wearing your aligners.
How long does the treatment take?
The length of time for treatment varies from case to case but typically a mild case can take between 6-12 months and moderate cases between 12-18 months. Your dentist will be able to give you a clearer idea during your initial consultation.
Do I have to wear retainers after my treatment is completed?
It is recommended after completing most orthodontic treatment to wear a retainer to prevent teeth drifting back to their original positions. A set of Vivera retainers is included in our Invisalign package to maintain your new smile.
